InterCard AG Informationssysteme uses a high-performance quality management system. This has recently been confirmed by Dekra Certification GmbH (Stuttgart) in a comprehensive audit process.
The Standard 9001:2008 stands for customer orientation, management responsibility, a process oriented approach, a management that maintains an overview of the entire system and ensures a continuous improvement process. A decision-making approach that is geared to the issues at hand, and relationships with customers and suppliers that are of mutual benefit.

We have optimised our processes noticeably during the audit processes, our customers can rely on our quality and we can also verify this externally," says CEO Gerson Riesle. The certification is also an indispensable part of our strategy of expanding the OEM business with international manufacturers of printers and copies.
