Every repair saves resources and protects the environment. In the first step, please check the service phone number or the service e-mail to see whether a repair is necessary and useful.

To send us in for repairs, after our telephone call, in the second step, fill out the online form for repairs and send the data.

2.

You will receive an order confirmation email within one working day containing your individual processing number and the form data you have entered.

3.

Simply print out this e-mail as a repair order, sign it and enclose it with your mailing.

    Pack the product stably and adequately protected, for example in the original packaging.

    Only send in devices and components together with a signed repair order.
